Spetchley in Flowers

A Florilegium represents a visual record of the plants growing in a specific location.

The members of the Florilegium Society of Spetchley Gardens study and record to the highest standard, in a series of botanical illustrations, the wonderful collection of plants in the award-winning gardens. 

The society was established in 2022 and will hold its first exhibition, “Spetchley in Flowers”, in May 2026. It will display original paintings have now been submitted for inclusion in the Spetchley Gardens archives.

The exhibition will be augmented with the sale of other original botanical illustrations, prints and cards produced by the 19 members. Children will be catered for in a “Hands-On Corner”. 

Spetchley in Flowers will be open to the public Wednesday May 20th to 25th May Bank Holiday , 10:30am to 5:00pm, in the Learning Centre.
