About the Role
As Visitor Business Manager, you will be at the heart of everything our visitors experience. You will ensure each guest receives a genuinely warm welcome and an engaging introduction that brings the garden’s natural beauty and rich history to life.
This is a role for someone who thrives on people. You will combine knowledge, creativity, and imagination with a strong commitment to inclusivity and outstanding service. A natural curiosity about people, and a desire to help them get the very best from their visit, is essential.
